  • Do you do small jobs?

YES!  We believe that no job is too small.  We will be glad to come over to fix a leaky faucet, install a new sink, ceiling fan, repair siding, drywall, add electrical outlets, a phone jack or whatever else you need done.

    Do you do large jobs?

We are a full-service home repair and remodeling business, so yes. We can build a loafing shed, storage building, barn, or addition to your house, complete with custom-built cabinets.

Will home repairs and remodels increase the resale value?

While we are not Realtors, many of them have suggested that YES, it can increase the resale value.  Some projects such as kitchens and bathrooms can give you a very good return on your investment.  Some projects can make the difference between your house selling and not selling.  Other projects can push the resale value of your home higher.

    Do you warranty your work?

We warranty our work for a year.  If we install a toilet or sink and it begins to leak after we are finished, we will come back and make it right.  Sometimes it is a matter of a simple adjustment.  We want our customers to be happy with the work we do and take care of all our customers to their satisfaction.

I have pets - will that be a problem?

Absolutely not!  We have pets ourselves and we know that you love yours as much as we love ours.  We are always careful not to let them escape from the house or yard and will follow your instructions to the letter.  In some cases however, for the safety and security of your pets, it may be necessary for you to confine them to an area away from construction.

    Do you have references?

Yes, we have many letters of recommendations from satisfied customers and we will be more than glad to show them to you.   You may also contact some of our customers and in some cases go over to see the work we have done.  Be cautious of hiring a contractor who does not have references or seems reluctant to be upfront we you about them.
